Happy Monday!!!

What a busy Monday....First off, I went in to do my civic duty ..i.e.. go to jury duty and hope I don't get picked. It didn't look very promising when they announced they were seating for a 23 day long trial plus several others...oh boy! Well, I missed the call for the first 50 jurors that they would interview today and the other cases settled!! Yeah what a great Monday!!
What else is great????
I have lots of stuff to share!!
First off, my reveals for Cookin Up Creations!! Even though I had been asked to do a single layout this week, I had a layout in mind for a photo I had already taken and a tag from The Living Room floor that I knew I wanted to use but needed a photo...so I decided to do both!!!My first layout of my daughter on a trampoline went perfect with the papers and tags from the Best Creations lines of Jubilee and Bella. Both of these lines work well together so I couldn't keep from using a few pieces of each!!

Other than the thickers I used for the name and some Divine Twine, all of the products used are from Best Creation!
My Second Layout started with a tag from The Living Room Floor! My daughter reminded me that she had a shirt with Grumpy on it so she put it on and proceeded to make grumpy faces for the camera. That lasted about 2 minutes before we were laughing and taking random pics!

This layout was made primarily with the Bella line from Best Creation but a scrap or two of Jubilee may have sneaked in there too! I used lots of chipboard from Fancy Pants which I inked and then covered with glitter. I don't usually use glitter, but these papers have so much sparkle themselves that I just had to go all the way and add as much shimmer as I could!! Of course, the layout would not have been the same without the quote tag from The Living Room Floor!!

But Wait.....Today was also my day to post for Amy Mattes Designs! I am so excited to show everyone what I made yesterday withThe Bloom Collection from Chocolate Sundae Designs! The great thing about digital kits is that you can do so much with them! In just a few minutes, I was able to combine a few of the elements of the kit into this cute stationary for my daughter!!!

And the best part is that when she runs out or wants a different size, I can simply print her some more!!! Make sure you check out all the great products on all the Amy Mattes sites....There are new things showing up all the time!!!
Have a Great Week!!

This week's reveal for Cookin Up Creations!

Last Month, Best Creations hosted a blog hop with the focus being mini books. They posted a tutorial on how to make these books using only on page of paper! Their cardstocks are heavy and beautiful on both sides so they are perfect for this. Although their tutorial instructs you to glue the backs of the pages together, I decided I wanted more pages so I attached the pages to each other using glue dots and ribbons. You can also vary the lengths of your pages to create different effects. Check out their blog for the tutorial and other great ideas! Since this will be a future gift, I did not put a title or photos in the book until I know exactly who it will go to!
I started with this beautiful page from the Jubilee Collection:

and created this album:

The page above also includes a cute journaling tag from our other sponsor...an Etsy shop...The Living Room Floor. The tag was precut and the perfect colors to go with my book!

Except for a few pieces of ribbon, some buttons and crystals and the tag from Living Room Floor, all tags and accents are from the various papers from the Jubilee Collection.
